How to transplant vlc player on the nios ?

I just want to decode vedio into rga from lan(pc) , and display on vga screen ??? first ,i think i will write the signal throgh lan ,then decode vedio on vlc or other way to rgb,in the end display on the vga screen.but i do not kown how to transplant vlc player on the nios? I need help. Thank you very much.
