Loading linux kernel image on to Altera Cyclone V Soc target using DS5 (Windows)

I am using Altera Cyclone V Soc and wanted to load the linux kernel image on to it. I am new to DS5 (windows). Please suggest any solution on this regard.

Use a Micro SD card to load the linux kernel image into it and insert the card into the card slot on the board. Follow the insturctions given in the reference guide they have step-by-step apporoach on how to do it.
