Hello,
We will be releasing an update to our EMAC package that will support LWIP in stand alone mode and with MicroC/OS-II. It will be released next week. LWIP on this forum supports the SMC chip that comes on the Nios / Nios II kits from Altera. The EMAC package will work with the Nios II Evaluation Kit as well as our ukit development kit (

The package includes the
OpenCores.org EMAC, avalon bus interface, SOPC Builder component, reference designs, etc.
order the emac package online (
http://www.microtronix.com/acatalog/software_and_accessories.html). (Links to the current version, when it is updated it will show "Version 1.1")
