Parallel NOR Flash with Stratix 10

Hi,

We have planned to use parallel flash with Stratix 10 FPGA as external memory for some customer requirement.

Is there some IP available for this application to be connected with NIOS Processor as we are using GX Device range of Stratix 10, or do we need to write a controller for read/write application??

Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for the support.

The issue is resolved. We have a parallel NOR Flash and unfortunately we cannot use the suggested IP since that supports serial flash. However, I found Generic Tristate controller that can be modified for Parallel Flash as required for our work.

Using this controller and interfacing withTristate Conduit Pin Sharer and Tristate Conduit Bridge, we can access the Flash.

Thanks!
