Terasic ETHERNET-HSMC Card and Arrow SoCkit

Hi all, 

I have a Arrow SoCkit and a Terasic ETHERNET-HSMC Card. I'm trying to use this daughter card whit the SoCkit but seem to be incompatibles. 

For example the NET1_RX_D6 of the ETHERNET-HSMC Card (that is an input pin) is assigned to HSMC Pin 59, this pin in the Arrow SoCkit is connected to the FPGA pin G7 that is a dedicate OUTPUT pin!!! 

 

Can anyone help me?

Pin G7 is a dedicated output only if used as part of a differential pair. If not used as a differential pair it can be used as a user I/O pin. Look at the pin connection guidelines for Cyclone V:
