hello
i am new user of Nios2 evaluation kit. My target now is to understand what i have in hands :-) now... First of all i want to measure possible network speed which could be achived. Unfortunaely i do not know how to do it. If ever it is possible in evaluation kit. Problem is i can build and run "Hello word" and "Count binary" samples but i cannot build something related to network.. I need very simple app with sources which establish tcp connection and receives data from server as fast as possible. Anyone can help me? 2nd question: when i run "hello world" application then uCLinux web server and others do not work. Is it normal behavour? Other related questions: if i shall decide to use Nios and ethernet and uClinux should i pay other companies for lincenses on this software? Is it pay per device produced or single payment? How much i should pay aproximately? thanks..Link Copied

sorry for my missunderstanding..
where is this download section? where to search? Is it inside My Nios2 EvalKit directories? or on ALteras web site? or forum site? or where? Could I also find source for this echo server there? This lwip works under uClinux? or it is separate kernel?
