read/write data to DDR memory using NIOS II eclipse window

Hi,
I have mounted a .txt file in my project directory. This .txt file has some elements from 1 to 10 .I am able to read this data in debug mode.
Now I want to write this data to DDR RAM of my fpga device.How should I do that ?
Please provide me a sample .c code with required libraries which writes, say some 10 elements to some DDR address of fpga(cyclone V GT) , for a NIOS eclipse project.
It will be very helpful.
