runtime error messages in 5.0 debugger

With 5.0SP1.04, I have seen some runtime errors messages appear in the Expression watch window. 

One of them appeared while singlestepping and watching an object being updated. 

The message was "unrecognized object" or "invalid object". When I clicked on this message, it said "see error log". 

 

Where is this error log, and is there some documentation on these runtime messages?

I see a ".log" file in the new ../workspace/.metadata folder, but the messages there seem to be about operations specific to eclipse and not about my nios code. 

 

So were those eclipse errors I saw?
