uCLinux or Linux for Max10K

Hello all,

how can I configurate and build the Linux for MAX10K family ? I use the kit BeMicro Max10, but it is not important.

I would able to build uClinux for Cyclone III, Cyclone IV, when i use ptf file for menuconfig in 4-6 years old uclinux, but now ... i have sopcinfo and qsys, it is all.

Thank you for answer.

Please refer to the documents in

. And also be aware that everything is not done automatically.

Hi,

i was succesful only in few points, i downloaded from git reporitory sopc2dts and make sopc2dts.jar, which can convert sopcinfo to dts. I create directory /home/rocket_linux and create and downloaded /buildroot, /linux-socfpga and sourcery binary codebench lite 2014.05-17 and when i try to install, it finished with permission denied ... in picture. How continue ?

I try in make nios2_defconfig in buildroot directory, make 3c120_defconfig in directory linux-socfpga and everything finished with error. Is somewhere described more details, how to setting the linux machine ? (i use linux, which i used for building uclinux for nios2 2-4 year ago...

Thanks.

Hi,

it is strange, i included png about 99kB.

So i wrote:

$ /bin/sh sourgeryg++-2014.05-47-nios2-linux-gnu.bin

Extracting installer ...

Starting installer ...

/tmp/sourgeryg++-2014.05-47-nios2-linux-gnu.bin_sfx.8a451e21/installer/jre/bin.

./lib/i386/client/libjvm.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied.

It was all ... how solve this error ? (i am not linux specialist)

Are you using SELinux? If so, please refer to the next pages

P.S. I'm also not a Linux specialist and I sometimes refer to web sites for Linux commands, for example
