Cyclone V Entropy Generation

I am trying to generate more entropy for my Cyclone V based embedded linux system at boot. The issue I am having is that OpenSSH cannot generate SSH-keys at and after boot, unless I am using the serial console port (none standard operation), most of the peripherals are fed through the FPGA to HPS memory interface so are not used as sources of entropy by linux.

Are there any Hardware sources of RNG built in to the Cyclone V? Or a way of using the FPGA as a source of entropy, to prevent /dev/random from blocking and allow the system to boot properly?

Thanks in advance
