Hi,
I'm trying to compile a simple project with NIOSV and an on-chip memory.
I'm using Quartus Prime Pro 23.2 and Cyclone 10 GX.
I activated the free NIOSV/m license in Altera Self-Licensing Center and I'm using it as a floating license. I can see the license in Quartus License setup: "Nios V Soft Processor FPGA IP - M Core (D036)".
But when I'm trying to compile the project I get this error for 20 NIOSV files:
Error(13223): Verilog HDL or VHDL error: cannot open Verilog file '<filename>.sv'
Any solution for this problem?
Attached the free license I activated and the license I see on Quartus License Setup.
Thanks

Hello,
The NIC ID is: 0015F257D997
I have other floating licenses running in the same machine so I attached the NIOS V license to that file.
The NIOSV license is attached here as a .txt since I cannot upload .dat files.
Thanks

Hello,
Server setup issues: Common in floating license environments where the server cannot allocate licenses to your machines.
Example: Multiple users in an organization cannot checkout licenses because the license server is down or misconfigured.
Can you help to check the server's status and ensure the port is open?
You can also refer to the link below for more detailed instructions for Setting up a floating network license server (starting from page 84):

Hi,
I noticed the same issue has been escalated to Intel Premier Support. I will close this one and please continue the communication through the IPS.

Aqid
