FPGA DE2-115 Simple Comunication Ethernet?

Hello Guys, 

  I need to transmit data to the fpga ethernet network without using uC / OS and uClinux among others! only using code described in nios II, like we do in rs232, there is this possibility? using web edition?

Superloop helps you in networking without using any kind of OS.
