In io.cdl, I see:

...
In ecos.db, there is
package CYGPKG_IO {
alias { "I/O sub-system" io }
directory io/common
script io.cdl
...
There is devtab.h in packages/io/common/current/include.
However, after building, I see no devtab.h file in cyg/io. What may be wrong?
