hello...i really need all of your help..i'm a newbie of this FPGA stuff...will be doing my final year project using APEX board to use the nios embedded processor ...
Here the problem goes... I have followed the nios hardware tutorials which basiccally teach me how to configure the hardware..creating a virtual processor in the board...so the question is... a) what to do after that ??? http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif in the nios tutorial, there is one hello_world written in c language...what is the C file for ??? and now i'm given a 32 bit programmer user guide...what is that for ? how to use it ? C) do i need to learn VHDL ? Maybe my questions sounds silly..but i hope friends out there can help me... Happy to wait for your help ! Regards, WayneLink Copied
