I hava a question about the stratixII nios board.
- can i use the 5-V-tolerant expansion/prototype headers (2 x 41 available user I/O pins) and also de CF card in one application? - a lot of pins of the FPGA are not used when i study the schematics of that board. Can i use that pins for some more I/O If idevelop a new board ? TanksLink Copied

Some of the prototype connectors are shared with a flash socket. As long as you are aware of what is shared and don't create signal contention using them it should be fine (if you only connect those signals to a single device then you should be fine). Just keep the documentation in front of you so that you know where all those signals go (some are FPGA I/O and others are Vcc and Gnd)
