Nios II web server demo

Hi, 

I was trying to do the nios II web server demo, unfortunately i got an error at the last stage, which is to run it in nios II IDE. the error is due to missing nios II elf file, which i think for the file web_server_0.elf.  

I also attached the error and the demo pdf.

It looks like you have compilation errors. You should try and fix them first before you can upload the compiled file to the nios system.
