Nios V licenses

good evening everyone, I wanted to ask you if you can give me an answer regarding the nios 5 license. Is the license completely free or is it free for a period of one year and then must the perpetual one be purchased? If it needs to be purchased, can you give me the contact details of a sales representative? I can't find this information on the Intel site.
