Hi,
I'm newbie, I'm trying to run the Hello World sample I have a NiosII Evaluation Kit The 'NIOS II IDE' is version 1.1.0 I have already sent the file .../niosII_cyclone_1C12_eval/standard/standard_eval_board.sof on the board using QuartusII Programmer V4.2 It was succesfull. When I start the nios2-terminal, it works. I'have build the example -> OK I try to run it and I have the following error -------------------------------------------------- Using cable "Nios II Evaluation Board [USB-0]", device 1, instance 0x00 Pausing target processor: OK Reading System ID at address 0x021208B8: does not match ID value does not match: read 0x14400B2E; expected 0x2FF81C2D Timestamp value does not match: image on board is newer than expected Read timestamp 13:10:34 1906/03/20; expected 9:45:02 2004/11/25 The software you are downloading may not run on the system which is currently configured into the device. Please download the correct SOF or recompile. Restarting target processor -------------------------------------------------- What does it mean and what have I to do ? Where can I find a good faq ? Is it possible to perform a search on the forum ? Thanks a lot Best regardsLink Copied
