RT-Druid and ERIKA Enterprise 1.3.0 now available!

 We would like to announce the availability of RT-Druid and ERIKA Enterprise 1.3.0 for Nios II 6.0!  A 30-day free evaluation version is available at the erika enterprise and rt-druid demo download page (http://www.evidence.eu.com/nios2/demo.asp).  Updated manuals are also available at the evidence literature page for nios ii (http://www.evidence.eu.com/nios2/literature.asp).  ERIKA Enterprise is a minimal RTOS for Nios II implementing an API similar to the OSEK/VDX standard. It provides:  - Fixed Priority Scheduling with preemption thresholds  - support for full preemptive, non preemptive and mixed scheduling - support for stack sharing among different tasks - support for automatic generation of Lauterbach Trace32 scripts  Moreover, one of the main features of ERIKA Enterprise is the direct support for multicore designs using Altera Nios II. Designing a multicore system with ERIKA is very simple, and you do not have to change a lot of code when migrating to a multicore system!  RT-Druid is a set of plugins used to generate code for ERIKA Enterprise. It integrates with Nios II IDE, providing RTOS configuration and code generation for ERIKA Enterprise.  The new version includes: - new (faster) Altera Mutex peripheral support (the Altera HAL is not used for the Mutex peripheral) - no more problems with CPUID numbers! - Nios II 6.0 support - automatic generation of Lauterbach Trace32 configuration scripts  Please feel free to contact us for more information...  Paolo Paolo
