What is the DE2-115 suitable SD card

Hi,

I recently bought the DE2-115 EVM and I want to operate the SD CARD but I don't really know what correct type of SD RAM is:

1. Size of SD card 

2. Speed / class of SD card 

3. Format of the SD card
