Hello everyone. I have an issue when I try to build image via bitbake command of Yocto Project.
I did follow this guide of Altera http://download.altera.com/akdlm/software/soceds/cb/embedded_linux_getting_started_guide.pdf The error come when I use this command to build image bitbake virtual/kernel virtual/bootloader altera-image I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I searched in the Internet and some people say that error because the version of my Ubuntu distribution I'm using. I'm so confuse now. Please help me. I found out by finding a post that Ubuntu 14.04 and above are only supported by Yocto 1.6 and above:
