Does anybody know if NDISWRAPPER works with uCLinux/NiosII ?
This wrapper is used to emulate NDIS Windows drivers ( http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif ) under Linux and is used mainly for Wifi cards. Since there is generally no Linux driver for such cards, I would like to know if it is possible to interface a CardBus (32 bit PCMCIA) compliant WiFi card with the Altera PCI IP, then use NDISWRAPPER using Windows driver. Any help or experience would be appreciated http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gifLink Copied

--- Quote End --- We can not use NDIS wrapper. They are x86 objecode. And can not run on nios2. You have to use a a card with portable driver source. You may check the intel's card drivers on sf.net . (I can't recall the project name.)
