simulation of my nios system in modelsim

Hi, 

 

I have to do my nios system simulation in modelsim . i have followed http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an351.pdf (http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an351.pdf). but I want to simulate my nios system. In which count-binary library program has run. 

 

But in waveform window I able to get soe intrupt signal only....not getting any count output,even **** input. why???

from eclipse window Run as> nios modelsim 

 

in modelsim window selecting the required signals to waveform window.... 

 

input clock input(((confused, necessary to give 50mhz input,ie period 20,000pf?????).... run 

 

I followed above flow... still I am not getting binary count values in led output pins of my nios system... why??? plase reply me
