I can't download Intel® SDK For OpenCL™ Applications for windows

I was trying to download the Intel SDK for OpenCL application for windows from 

Download Intel® SDK for OpenCL™ Applications

 

But after filling up the form for download it always shows the "Please wait" and I awaited for 30 minutes. I have tried several times but failed to download. My intention is to do the FPGA emulation. Please suggest me how I can download this.

Hi,

OpenCL SDK has been EOF and isn't updated anymore. Now, we recommend customers to use the OpenCL shipped with Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit. You can download it from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit-download.html.
