Global installation of OpenCL runtime for Linux on university compute cluster

Dear forum members,

is it possible to globally install the "CPU Runtime for OpenCL™ Applications for Linux* OS" on a university compute cluster, thereby making it available to the cluster users?

I browsed the license.txt content but was unable to identify which license is relevant for this product since the "License Type" is "No License" in the download area.
