Release product with Intel OpenCL SDK

Hi Intel Experts:

    We develop a product with Intel OpenCL. So if we want to release the product with Intel OpenCL SDK, is there any legal things related? Please also note we are not OpenCL memebership.

Hi,

The OpenCL runtime for both CPU and Intel HD Grpahics is part of intel HD Graphics driver available with any 3rd Gen Intel core processors. No issues to run OpenCL program on this device. For Intel Xeon Processor and systems without Intel HD Graphics OpenCL support you can use the CPU runtime to run your products on.

You better read the release notes and the EULA to get all information and limitations,
