when i installed Intel OpenCL SDK. An error has occurred. error code :1603

Sorry for the delayed reply.  

I also see error 1722 in your GenDebugger log, as in this thread: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/opencl/topic/640356

You could try removing the Visual Studio debug components and reinstalling.  Another alternative (last resort) could be to disable installing the debugger in the custom install path.
