게임 중 프리징현상 원인을 알려주세요

본인의 컴퓨터 스펙

램 ddr4 16G

GPU: Nvidia 1060 3gb

CPU: intel core i5 6600k

인데 제가 하려는 게임의 최저 사항이

• Intel® Core™ i5-4460, 3.20GHz 또는 AMD FX™-6300 이상
• 메모리: 8 GB RAM
• 그래픽: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 또는 AMD Radeon™ R7 260x (VRAM 2GB 이상)

입니다 그런데 게임내에서 옵션을 아무리 낮춰봐도 CPU점유율이 자주 100% 상태가 되어 프리징이 걸립니다.

바이러스탐지도 해보고 그래픽카드 드라이버를 롤백해봤는데도 여전합니다. 다른부품은 이상이 없는데 CPU 점유율만 100%가 나와서 문의해봅니다.
