BIOS and Windows* Power Management settings may cause this behavior. We recommend following these steps:
1. Check Windows* Power options. For example, you can change the Power Plan and the Minimum/Maximum processor state. Make sure your power options are set to High Performance for better results.
2. We also recommend loading default BIOS settings to make sure voltage and other parameters are correct.
3. Is your operating system up to date? Try checking Windows* updates, scan and apply all of them.
