Пытаюсь установить драйвер интегрированной видеокарты Intel HD Graphics 4600 т.к. сгорела дискретная и нужна на время альтернатива
Процессор Inctel i7-4770k
Материнка Gigabyte Z87-HD3
При попытки установить драйвер гаснет экран и компьютер виснит в дальнейшем перезагружается.
Биос обновил до последней версии, Windows переустановил, все остальные драйвера поставил.

What version of the driver are you trying to install? Where did you get this version? Is it a different version than Gigabyte provides on their website?
Have you tried completely uninstalling the previous version of the driver first?

скачиваю эту версию для windows 10, начинается установка, гаснет экран, несколько минут ни каких признаков и компьютер перезагружается

Well, that's the right version to be using. Have you tried uninstalling the old version first?

Какую старую ? я же Вам написал, я переустановил даже виндоус, чистая система без драйверов, все равно не устанавливает, зависает и выключается экран

If the system is running and graphics are working, then a driver is supporting it (even if it is generic VGA). Disconnect system from internet (so Windows Update cannot run), then uninstall this driver. After reboot (again, with internet disconnected), try installing driver.
Question: what version of this driver is present on the Gigabyte page? If earlier version, try this earlier version before current version.
