In reference to your question, the memory controller is integrated into the Intel® Core™ i7-5930K, so the processor is the one that indicates what will be the proper memory RAM configuration to use.
The proper memory RAM for this unit is DDR4 1600/1866/2133 and the processor Base Frequency is 3.50 GHz and it can reach up to 3.70 GHz when Max Turbo Frequency gets activated, which is something that is done automatically. Please verify the next link to confirm that information:
