Просадки ФПС в играх/троттлинг/перегрев

Добрый день. Ноутбук Dell 7577 Intel core i7 7700 hq CPU 2.80 Ghz, nvidia geforce 1060 max-q. Со временем начал проявляться троттлинг, во время нагрузок (например в игре). В ходе программных тестов мне удалось понять, что это происходит в следствии общего перегрева и из-за чего происходит скачок загрузки графического процессора до 100% (центральный процессор нагревается в пределах 97 С. градусов, а графический процессор до 85 С.) Ознакомившись с различными источниками в интернете, я нашел как одно из возможных решений данной проблемы - андервольтинг (Undervolting). В том видеоролике, пользователь на аналогичном ноутбуке устанавливает Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility, и снижает параметр Core Voltage Offset до -0,100 V. Я попробовал данное решение и температура CPU и GPU снизились примерно на 10 С. градусов. Я бы хотел уточнить, насколько данное решение допустимо для эксплуатации и не может ли вызвать каких-то повреждений? Если это не самое лучше решение, что еще возможно изменить в настройках для устранения перегрева? Заранее спасибо!

Hello, Leonardo, and thank you for the answer. I'll try to write in english, but i apologize if i mistake:) System errors or something wrong except Trottling was not detected. I attach file from diag-tool and screen from the game with monitoring gpu and cpu temperature before undervolting and after it. So my ask is the same: safe or not changing Core Voltage Offset for my problem, because as you can see on screenshots, this changing help me down the temperature gpu and cpu on 5-10 C, and exclude the trottling. Interested your opinion, how else i can fix this problem?

Also, making voltages changes could cause unpredictable behavior on the system, in case of the overheating I will recommend contacting DELL™ to review the system thermal solution. У меня ноутбук Asus GL504GM  Intel core i5 8300H, nvidia geforce 1060 max-q. Со временем начал проявляться троттлинг, во время нагрузок (например в игре). В ходе программных тестов мне удалось понять, что это происходит в следствии общего перегрева и из-за чего происходит скачок загрузки графического процессора до 100% (центральный процессор нагревается в пределах 97 С. градусов, а графический процессор до 85 С.) Я пользовался утилитой XTU для андервольтинга и всё было хорошо, а сейчас Intel заблокировала функцию снижения напряжения. Процессор греется до 99 градусов в играх. Как снизить температуру, почему нет возможности снизить напряжение в биос?
