когда я проверял температуру процессора intel celeron n3160 через команду wmic /namespace:\\root\wmi PATH MSAcpi_ThermalZoneTemperature get CurrentTemperature для командной строки, у меня всё время выводило один результат

что это означает? хотя вентилятор то шумит, то тих как мышь.

If this is a desktop device (i.e. not a laptop, tablet or other mobile device), then this means absolutely nothing as Thermal Zones are not supported -- even if the motherboard's BIOS mistakenly has Thermal Zones defined in its ACPI tables (this is a common BIOS issue; vendors get generic BIOS package from IBV but do not remove the content intended for non-applicable designs). For desktop devices, you need to use an application like HWiNFO64 (which is freeware) or (better) AIDA64 (paid package but free to try) to obtain processor and system temperatures.
