Упала тактовая частота процессора

Здравствуйте,

У меня IntelR CoreTM2 Quad CPU Q9300 2.50GHz и в один день у него стало 1.50GHz.

ОЗУ: Kingston https://www.kns.ru/operativnaya-pamyat-kingston-kvr800d2n6-2g-sp/goods.html KVR800D2N6-2G-SP DDR2 800MHz

SAMSUNG M378T5663QZ3-CF7 DDR2 800MHz

PATRIOT PSD22G80026 DDR2 800MHz 2 шт.

Подскажите как это можно исправить?

What motherboard? What power supply?

What peripherals plugged into it? What storage? What USB devices? What graphics solution?

What O/S? What version?

What happened? Is this a new system build? If existing build, what changed just before the problem started?

What have you tried to do about it? Did this make any difference?

Я недавно увеличил ОЗУ. Раньше стояли только Kingston KVR800D2N6-2G-SP DDR2 800MHz и SAMSUNG M378T5663QZ3-CF7 DDR2 800MHz и я дополнил их ещё двумя штуками PATRIOT PSD22G80026 DDR2 800MHz. Может это повлекло такие последствия?

Mixing memory like this can definitely cause problems. The recommendation is to use matching sets of DIMMs.

Have you tried removing the extra DIMMs that you added to see if the problem is eliminated by doing so?

Когда я поставил новые ОЗУ то компьютер никак не отреагировал.

Потом когда проявилась проблема то я вынимал и оставлял только старую ОЗУ, также пробовал оставлять только новую ОЗУ, но я так понял компьютеру надо время на адаптацию?

No, no time to "adapt" to the memory is necessary. After changing the memory configuration, you should be able to power on the board, immediately enter BIOS Setup and verify the configuration to be used with the DIMMs (and, if necessary, clear any event log entries related to the memory size change).

Всё что я могу изменить в биосе связанное с ОЗУ это её напряжение и MHz. Раньше (3 дня назад) было 1.9V но я поставил 2V

That's pretty high. Have you checked the specs for all 4 DIMMs to ensure that this isn't out of range for any of them? If it is out of range, the DIMMs will die pretty quickly...

У меня также просадки по питанию или это нормально? +2.5 V=1.232 V и +3.3 V=1.888 V

Также нормальное питание для каждой ОЗУ равен 1.8V но я могу поставить только 1.85V

Core voltages must be within 5% of nominal. Your power supply is either insufficient (can not provide the additional power necessary) or is failing or you have a severe, abnormal power draw.
