Have no idea. You may check in Bios settings: Advanced > Performance > Processor or ask Acer.

- Intel VTX - Enabled
- Intel VTB - Enabled
Я думаю что это оно.

No it isn't. Intel VTX stands for Intel Virtualization Technology and the other one is probably Intel VTD (rather than Intel VTB) - Intel Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O https://www.intel.ru/content/www/ru/ru/virtualization/virtualization-technology/intel-virtualization-technology.html
