몇번 구글 링크로 올리려다가 포스팅이 안되 아래 붙여넣었습니다.
이벤트 로그를 잘 보면 bugcheck 프로그램을 제공하는 메모리가 있고 리부팅되어 있습니다.
GenuineIntel.sys 드라이버에서 오류로 리부팅되었습니다.
GenuineIntel.sys에 검색한 결과 인텔 CPU 정보만 알리는 거다 정보만 나옵니다. 하단 장애에 대해
GenuineIntel.sys 오류가 나올만한 부분 또는 드라이버 업데이트를 할 방법이나 항목이 있나요?
참고로 매우 보수적으로 운영되는 윈도우 서버라 cpu 보드 드라이버중 일부도 안잡혀 있어서 몇개는 잡았는데 그런부분도 고려 부탁드리겠습니다.
