0.39 ghz CPU laptop

Almost every time I open my laptop and it wakes from sleep, the CPU clock is stuck at 0.39 GHZ and I always have to wait for around 30 seconds for it to return to normal. I have a very good Asus laptop with an nvme ssd and an i7 10th gen cpu. Is there a fix for this?

Contact asus with that question.  And, you may want to update your bios.
