10900K Thermal Throttling

Hello,

im trying to reduce the temperature of my processor because it often gets into thermal throttling while im gaming.

I already set a Core voltage offset to -0.050 V

Turbo boost power max 125 W with 28 s time window and short power max to 175 W.

System:

- i9 10900k

- ASRock Z490 Extreme

- GSkill Trident Z DDR4 3600 DIMM 2x 8 GB

- MSI MAG Core Liquid 360 R 360mm

- 6x Pure Wings 120x120x25 mm fans with 1500 U/ min

- be quiet Pure Base 500 DX Midi Tower

- M.2 970 Evo Plus

- 750Watt be quiet 80+ Plat

- ( GTX 970 )

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:

Is there any sign of physical damage on the processor?
Was the processor overclocked? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including XMP beyond the processor supported specifications (DDR4-2933), your processor voids warranty.
Was the processor running fine before? If so, when did the issue start?
Have you checked if there is any pump failure, visible leaks or fluid loss?
Is the BIOS up-to-date?

Hello Steven,

- No sign of physical damage, i just renewed the thermal paste, from outside it looked fine

- I didnt overclock it, when i was thinking about over clocking and start downloading programms like HWinfo, i figured out that i have a thermal problem

- When i bought this computer, the company who build it for me, forgot to remove the foil of the cpu cooler, after i removed it, i still had the issue with getting to hot, so i disabled the Turbo boost Technology, and there still points where it gets to the 100 C

- I have no tool to check it if my pump is running correctly, visually it looks good and one site is always hot and the other cold seems ok

- I just did a BIOS update, results:

it gets hoter now

the thermal past is also new.

Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.

Is there any dust inside the case or anything blocking the airflow?
Do temperatures go down and thermal throttling changes to "No" in XTU when not gaming?
With which games are you experiencing the thermal throttling? Does it happen no matter the game you run?
