Just installed an NH-D15s on my 11900k
Idle temps are in mid 20s
(Is temps below 20c possible?)
I have set a temperature limit of 75c
Under 100 load with prime 95 after about 4 min the computer shuts down because the temp limit is reached.
On the AIO Enermax i had before the temps stayed in mid 60s
Should i repaste?
What are safe temps on this CPU @ 100% load after about 30min?
Thanks

Hello @EyeNine
Thank you for getting in touch with us on the Intel® communities! We're eager to help you with the issue you're experiencing. To better understand your situation, could you please provide information on the following:
1. Can you describe the process you followed when installing the NH-D15s cooler on the 11900k?
2. Did you encounter any difficulties during the installation?
3. How did you apply the thermal paste? Did you use the method recommended by the cooler's manual?
4. Can you provide details about the fan configuration on the NH-D15s? Are all fans functioning properly?
5. Have you confirmed that the NH-D15s is compatible with the 11900k socket? Did you check for any specific installation requirements?
6. Which monitoring software are you using to check temperatures?
7. Have you cross-checked temperature readings with different monitoring tools?
8. How did the temperatures compare between the NH-D15s and the previous AIO Enermax under similar workloads?
9. Have you checked and updated your motherboard's BIOS and drivers to the latest versions?
10. Can you describe the shutdown behavior in more detail? Does it happen abruptly, or is there any warning?
11. Do you have access to another compatible cooler to test if the issue persists with a different cooling solution?
Additionally, as part of the troubleshooting process, please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file. This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.
If possible, share with us screenshots of the temperatures.
Feel free to also check our article on Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors for additional guidance.
In response to your inquiries, the T-junction of this CPU refers to the maximum allowable temperature at the processor die, which is 100°C. Therefore, if the CPU operates below this temperature, it is considered within the expected or normal range.
