12세대CPU smd칩 이탈관련 문의

12세대cpu중 smd칩이탈 관련 질문입니다

컴퓨터조립납품업체입니다 

조립후 화면불량 문제발생컴퓨터 cpu 교체후 정상작동 확인 문제cpu 는 구매처에 A/S처리요청

*구매처에서 A/S 불가 - 이유는 제품파손?(확인해보니 smd칩 이탈)?

- 지금까지 동일 증상(smd칩이탈)2건 발생

인텔에 궁굼한점

smd칩 이탈에대한 정확한 이유를 알고싶다

냉납때문아닌가 하는 생각이다 단 개인적 견해다 

물리적 파손이라면 어떠한 이유로 파손된건지 자체적 시물레이션 해봐도 외견상 작업공정상 

이유를 찾을수없다 심각한 문제다 답을주기바란다

I am sorry to hear about what is happening to your processors. 

As you can in the following article, the physical damage voids the warranty: Physical Damage Due to External Causes on Intel® Desktop Processors. 

Did they have those flaws out of the box or you made modifications to the processors and the flaws appeared?
