13600kf Thermal Throtthling at 30ºC

Hello, I recently bought the i5-13600kf and since the installation it gave me performance problems, I always had it locked at 0.80, after many headaches from the application of intel extreme tuning utility it marks a very clear error and it is that having the CPU at about 30 degrees I have the box that I am in thermal throttling activated by default all the time, how can I solve this? Thank you very much

First step is to update your bios.

Also, So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Thanks for the warning, here I leave you the report that has come out, to see if you can see something with it and it can be solved, I also take the opportunity to upload the capture of what I was saying with the other tool that shows the thermal throttling activated with scarce 30 ºC
