13900k 4th replacement

Hello,

I bought a 13900K in August 2023, but I couldn't get it to work properly. I received a replacement before the microcode update and another one after, but that one also had BSODs. I recently RMA'd it again, requesting a refund, but Intel informed my local dealership (VATAN COMPUTER) that it was too close to the end of the warranty period, so they just replaced it instead. However, don’t Intel processors come with a 3-year warranty?

I really wanted this CPU to work properly and put in a lot of effort to make it work. However, between the BSODs, crashes, and at least two months spent in the RMA process, I could barely use it. At this point, I’ve given up because all I can think about is, what if this happens again?—especially since it has already happened twice after the BIOS update.

I haven’t received my fourth one from the store yet, but this whole process has been frustrating. What should I do now?
