13900k dump and crashes

I use CPU 13900k maybe it dump or crashing game.

I have use Intel XTU to stress test. In AVX2 test it get failed. 

I use it for gaming maybe it will crashing game,

My bios setting is default.

I have test vga. I change ram

My Specs

ASUS ROG Z790- A Gaming wifi bios 1402

Ram Corsair DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 32gb x 4 

How can I test my CPU to know it working right?
