14700K Crash Very High Temp in games

My processor is 14700k and i am using it on Dark Hero Z790 Asus board. The AIO is Corsair H150i elite Lcd XT display 360mm. In idle it works 35-40C and in gaming it goes 90 to100c which in this situation is crashing pc. I need solution for this as this situation is unacceptable from such a processor for using it for games. The pc is not overclocked at all. Everything is at stock Expect XMP profile. Will wait for suggestions

Thank you for posting in the communities. I noticed you are using liquid cooling solution; are the pump cable and radiator fans plugged into appropriate board headers? The reason I ask is because if this is a newly built system and you are experiencing overheating, it is best to double check the cooling solution so we can determine if there is an issue with the hardware. Also, may I please know the list of games that crash for you? Does your system randomly shut down when this occurs and take some time before booting up? Are there also any error messages showing up when this issue occurs? This will help us determine the cause of the temperature spike faster. I will be waiting for your reply.
