New14900K Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Xtreme X, Nvidia 4090FE, Corsair DDR5 Dominator 7200 (48GB), and all liquid cooled with Corsair XC7 Elite loop with two radiators build runs (98-100C) hot at the slightest load. I am unable to complete 3DMark benchmarks without freezing or crashing. I am unable load and run Star Citizen without staggering 9FPS before it crashes and reboots. d
I have tried several undervolting and reduce core clock combinations to no avail. What settings do I need to implement on my Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Xtreme X to get my system to run stable.?

Hi genhar,
Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
The cause of overheating/thermal issues with a processor could come from different sources whether internal (cooling solution, quality of thermal paste used, the plastic protector on the copper contact of an AIO etc.) or external (humid or well ventilated area).
However, I would like to suggest trying the troubleshooting steps from our article Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors.
In terms of settings for your Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Xtreme X, it is best to coordinate with your motherboard manufacturer for optimization. Please note that your motherboard is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) device, please take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, customizations, custom drivers, and features that the OEM has designed for the motherboard.
Best regards,
Jay B.
