Sadly, I was starting to get some errors on applications closing and browsers giving me the "STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION" error time to time, just like my previous 14900ks pre-microcode patches.
Starting by yesterday the problem got worse and it happens constantly with game crashing, status_access_violation error on edge every 1 to 5 minutes, applications closing without any message and BOSD every shutdown.
This CPU unit is new, pos patch on my mobo, it supose it will not suffer from degradation but it's.
I am going to do more testing and try another cpu to report if system become stable, but I must ask if someone else is on my condition, with a unstable CPU unit pos microcode.

I’ve just updated the BIOS to the latest version, which includes the new microcode. I'm running an i9-13900KS and encountered the same error again. Reducing the core ratio to 52x through either XTU or the BIOS resolves the issue, but this is the same workaround that was required before applying the 0x12B microcode update.

do not buy it, it is very likely to be damaged quickly, I have already sent it to RMA 2 times, in total I have had 3 processors, one that arrived a week ago and literally lasted 7 days with the respective 0x12B 14900k.

Are your VIDs (and Vcore) going above the 1.55V limit? Use HWiNFO to find out - run it in the background and use the system how you normally do. See what the max VID & Vcore figures are.
And are you running the BIOS on Intel Default Settings?

I just replaced the CPU and the new one is working perfect, even without doing anything BIOS level, and yes, Intel Default Settings. That means the previous CPU got degradation, slowly but the problem is still there.
