14th Gen 14900ks issues still

Hello I am still having large scale issues with my CPU IE:

overheating briefly, crashes with none punishing tasks and 100% spikes in CPU usage.

The whole system is clean of dust and has good air flow on all sides and a cool room for which I play in it is also water cooled all necessary measures have been taken to cool and stop it from crashing.

I first bought this processor with a completely new PC I will list full specs below. I always used AMD processors which I never had an issue with but a friend assured me that Intel is the best so I switched over and I am completely underwhelmed and frustrated. I am not tech savvy at all and I struggle with this issue.

So far my PC overheated so badly it had to be returned to the PC builder as it was still under warranty to which they told me damage had been caused by a failing brand new processor (Intel I9 14900KS) they switched it out and made sure all BIOS was upto date they even swapped out my water cooler to make sure that it hadn't failed. It ran sort of fine most of the time but now it is unbearable and now I have to buy another processor this time I'm going back to AMD.

Can I still put in for a refund for this processor it is currently 4 months old? and with very little playtime due to the issues I am not willing to try to solve this issue as I have to pay an expert and with it already wrecking one PC I am not happy about keeping it in.

PC specs:

GeForce 4090 24GB Graphics card, Intel I9 14900KS processor, ASUS Pro art Z790 Creator motherboard, ICUE H150I Elite Capellix XT liquid CPU cooler 420MM with liquid metal thermal paste.

personally I believe that this processor should be recalled and the entire line destroyed.

I had similar issues with my z690 based mobo running a 14900K and the first thing I did was to set IA VR Limit in bios to 1400mV, running Intel Basic Profile (Extreme). I was running a beta version of the 0x12B microcode fix bios.

I checked yesterday and saw they had production release version of the bios and once I rest everything, I've not had random resets, etc for the past 24 hours (they were regular, btw) and IA VR Limit was set back to Auto. Hope this helps?
