Hi,
Really hoping someone can help. We have 3 x Windows Server 2012 R2 servers that run QPI. After applying MS Patch KB5014738 the QPI functionality was broken and the patch had to be uninstalled.
We have a TMA log when QPI patched as below;
084302.CLPPPWYTMA01!LIFELISTENER.4412.4420.0: Logging at level 2 to QPIService on 10.235.12.176
084302.CLPPPWYTMA01!LIFELISTENER.4412.4420.0: Request for QPICalc received by Life QPI Listener of size 2149 bytes.
084302.CLPPPWYTMA01!LIFELISTENER.4412.4420.0: Calculation request PP on CPA received for company policy with uid of hubmonitor
084303.CLPPPWYTMA01!LIFELISTENER.4412.4420.0: Failed to create QPIService connection.
084303.CLPPPWYTMA01!LIFELISTENER.4412.4420.0: ConnectToServer Failed::HRESULT error code from cocreateinstanceex():
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this resolved. Am I able to log a ticket with Intel Support on this at all?
I will be logging a ticket with MS, but don't hold out too much hope on that!
Regards
Jason
