I always thought a mother come with 1,2,4 or more than 4 sockets.

Does exist motherboard with 3 sockets? in particular for model E5-2650?

Change your view.

Open the task manager, go to the performance tab, click on the cpu. Then, in the cpu graph, right-click, change path to, logical processors.
