TRIED SUBMITTING ONLINE CLAIM BUT "SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE"
tried reseating ram. booting from other devices... tries individual sticks of ram. tried different ram. reseated processor.. tried different drives.. .cleared CMOS and BIOS. flashed bios. disconnected nonessential components. used onboard gpu . tried to force boot with legacy options and uefi turned off.. tried booting from dvd rom drive. replaced battery (cmos). tried different power supplies. didnt overclock.
cpu swap with intel pentium g3220 and computer boots fine and am able to operate pc.
